Beautiful pull-through RV pad shaded by trees. This is the last pad available and is available for month-to-month or an optional 12 mo. lease. It is the largest pad and the only pull-through spot out of 3. This is very private, fenced in, and located on a seperate .33 acre lot at the back of my property. There is a seperate mailbox for the RV pads to use. There is a 16'x32' dog run that may be used (shared) during the day or when you're out. We are located just a few block from Rainbow Lake, and are close to a few other lakes and some really good hiking trails and ATV trails. - No smoking - No drugs - Best suited for up to 4 people. - Can accomodate getting up to a 32' trailer in and out of the lot. The pad is much longer, and can also fit your truck and toys.
