We have multiple pet friendly month-to-month spaces on our private 40 acre property, (the size of 30 combined football fields), that spans the Arlington/Marysville border about 5 minutes from Smokey Point. Sites are spaced out across the property with some being more secluded than others and most will accommodate a 45’ RV + 2 vehicles with extra parking available.

We protect the peace and quiet of the property so if your dog is a barker or you have an excessively loud vehicle, this probably isn't a good fit.

Living experience
This property is literally the old family farm. 30 years ago it was a dairy farm but now we live here with others. My wife and I manage the property and rentals and several family members are still on the property as well. All of our tenants are thoroughly vetted to ensure our security and we also protect the peace and quiet of the property as that's our main selling feature and why most people end up staying long term.
