How do I sync my Hookhub calendar with my Google Calendar [Desktop]

Using the Google calendar can be a really efficient way to monitor all of your booking platforms in one place. Follow the steps below to learn how to import your Hookhub calendar into your Google calendar.

The below gives you instructions on how to sync your Hookhub Bookings with your Google calendar. By doing this, all of your Hookhub bookings will always show up on your personal calendar.. This must be done on a desktop device at this time.

*NOTE! It can take up to 24 hours for Google Calendar to be up to date and synced.

How to import your Hookhub calendar link into your Google Calendar:

1. Navigate to your 'My Host Dashboard' and select 'Calendar'. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will find 'External Calendars'. Select '+ Add Calendar'.

2. Copy the EXPORT LINK.

4. Open your Google Calendar on a computer

5. Google Calendar: On the left-hand side, scroll to the bottom and then click on the '+' next to 'Other calendars'. On the popup dialog, select 'From URL'.

6. Paste your Hookhub copied calendar URL into the input for 'URL of calendar'. Select 'Add calendar' and you are done! It may take up to 24 hours for Google to fully sync.
